From there we will touch base with what type of service you are looking for and if we would be a good fit! Before contracts are sent and payments are made, we like to do a facetime or skype meeting to get to know each other and make sure Foil & Ink understands your vision and is the best fit for your project.  If we decide to proceed with things, a contract and deposit link will be send to you!  These must be completed in order for your project start date to be put on the calendar. 




The design process and timeline will vary per project. Upon purchasing one of my collections, I will send you a design questionnaire and a tentative design date. It is best to have all of your required information in so that this does not affect your design start date.  When viewing our branding collections, a general timeline will be mentioned at the bottom of each collection. 

These timelines are based on timely correspondence. If a client does not respond to proofs and emails within 48 hours, a projects timeframe and due date will have to be extended to a later date. 


Payment/Payments are made via PayPal through our client management system. A 50% deposit and signed contract is required before we can set a date for your design process to begin. After the design process you will be required to pay the remainder of your balance before your files are delivered and site is made live. 


We will set up a personal email system through basecamp to email and deliver all your files to you. You must download your files within two weeks of delivery, and then they are removed. If you do not download them within that time frame, there will be a re upload service charge. For logo design projects, you will receive your files as .psd, .png, and .ai.




Unfortunately refunds and exchanges will not be made due to the nature of my work. Once they are approved and emailed to you, the buyer accepts all responsibility for the purchasing of that design. Please make sure you have the correct software for select files. If you decide you would like your design altered in any way, there will be a $75 an hour design fee. If no design can be chosen, both buyer and seller agree to a 50% refund of the deposit for design and service. If a design has been started and a proof has been sent, and the buyer does not respond within two (2) weeks, payment and design will be forfeited and non-refundable. 




For all of  our custom site designs, we use Showit 5. We love showit because of it's unique drag and drop website building platform. You can pretty much do anything with showit, and it is super easy for clients to swap out imagery and text when things need to be updated.  We also offer beautiful site design templates for Showit 5 if you are looking for a more affordable way to have a custom looking website without the custom website price. 

For our website customizations, we use both Prophoto 6 & Showit 5. You will be required to purchase the programs and templates, and then we will go in and customize everything to match your style and brand.
